Discrimination of Foreign Lecturers EU Commission Calls on Italy to End
The European Union Commission has sent a resonated opinion to Italy, calling on its authorities to comply as soon as possible with the EU rules, on the freedom of movement for workers, more specifically of lecturers in Italy.
The move has been taken as a part of the Commission’s January infringement decisions, which are legal actions that the Commission takes against the Member States who fail to comply with the EU law
